Overview
The EMC Engineering Scholarship Fund supports Alaska students pursuing four-year degrees in architecture, engineering, construction management, or closely related fields at Alaska-based institutions. The Fund awards two $5,000 scholarships each year. Recipients may renew their award annually for up to four years provided they continue to meet all eligibility requirements. Renewal applicants are given preference over new applicants so that the total annual distribution from the Fund does not exceed $10,000.

Dr. John Halligan is a 1985 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his MD from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
