Sea Mar Farmworker Scholarship for High School Seniors
Scholarship Sponsored by Sea Mar
This scholarship represents more than financial assistance — it’s a reminder that I’m not navigating this path alone. Telling my family I had been awarded this scholarship was an unforgettable moment: none of us had ever received such a generous gift, and they immediately felt more supported. For immigrant families who work tirelessly so their children can attend college, opportunities like this are rare and deeply meaningful.
Sea Mar understands the obstacles students from farmworking backgrounds often encounter on the road to higher education. Financial pressures, along with language and cultural challenges, can impede progress. Many of these students must take after-school and summer jobs to support their families. To help overcome these hurdles, Sea Mar is honored to offer scholarships that bring college within reach.
